ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
* Graduates/Post Graduates with 60% aggregate BA / MA / BSC / MSC / BCA / BA / MBA (B-tech/MCA/Professional Post Graduates not considered)
* Very good written and oral communication skills in English
* Basic computer literacy
* Willingness to work in shifts
* Vibrant and lively nature
SALARY DETAILS:
* Gross Salary - Rs. 10,000/month
* Company will be providing free food and accommodation.
* Will also be eligible for Rs. 1,50,000/- worth medical insurance per year (self +two dependents).
HR Executive ( H.R Generalist)
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
* MBA - HR - 2009 & 2010 batches - Aggregate 60%(59.99 is invalid)
* 0-1 year of industry experience, preferably in recruitment
* EXCELLENT written & oral communication skills
* Ready to be based in Cochin, Kerala
SELECTION PATTERN:
* Written test to evaluate communication skills
* Direct interviews
SALARY DETAILS:
* Gross Salary - Rs. 8000/month
* CTC - 8000 (Gross) +480 (PF) +1380 (Working meal allowance) +1300 (Cost of Accommodation) = Rs. 11,160/month
