Desired Profile • Should have hands-on experience in .Net development including in areas such as C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, Web Services, SQL Server 2K & UML.

Experience in designing and preparing the architecture

Should be able to do analysis, design, gather business requirements and effectively turn into development specifications, prepare design documents & participate in reviews.

Technical lead candidates should be able to supervise 4- 8 members team and act as liaison between onsite and offshore.

Should be able to interact with client point of contact for the discussion on the problem and solution.

Open to work in Offshore and onsite environment

Experience in developing web applications is an advantage.
