Job Description :

We are looking for Cisco IP Telephony / Voice Specialists with good hands-on experience in Cisco Call Manager (CCM) and Unity Express (CUE)

Skills Required :

• Have clear understanding of Cisco Voice network deployment models and should understand functioning of voice network devices.

• Have clear understanding on VOIP protocols like SIP and H.323

• Have clear understanding on Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analog signaling.

• Have very good troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Should have good communication skills

• Comfortable to work in rotational shift

• CCVP or CCNA Voice or CCIE Voice is desirable
