Job Description :
• Interacting with customers, understanding their needs and providing technical support to Customer by remotely accessing their networks & troubleshooting the queries working on all CISCO products
Required Skills :
• Prior troubleshooting experience
• Willing to work in 24x7 Support (Including Night Shifts).
• Prior experience of Voice based technical support.
• Knowledge and understanding of OSI model and networking protocols.
• Knowledge of networking device worked on, if any.
• Knowledge of networking products already worked on will be an added advantage
Key Education qualification :
• Graduate in any discipline (Technical Degree holders desirable)
• CCNA Certification is Mandatory
Key Job Qualifications :
• Excellent Verbal communications skills.
• Prior troubleshooting experience
• Willing to work in 24x7 Support (Including Night Shifts).
• Prior experience of Voice based technical support.
• Knowledge and understanding of OSI model and networking protocols.
• Knowledge of networking device worked on, if any.
• Knowledge of networking products already worked on will be an added advantage.
Technology Domains supported Within TAC :
• Unified Communications (CUCM, Unity, Multi-Service, IPCC).
• Network Security (VPN, ASA\PIX).
• Core Technologies (Switching, architecture, routing protocols, & WAN Access)
Note :
• Candidate will go through Voice and Accent training and product specific training before they start handling technical cases.
• Company will provide free pick & drop through Delhi-NCR.
