Job Description :
• Strong BSS telecom domain expertise for Convergent Billing implementation for wireless, wire line, cable, high speed data & content.
• Have experience of two End-to-End OBRM from Design to post - implementation support as Architect / Designer in tier 1 / 2 Telecom Operators.
• Should be BRM Certified consultant
• Has clear understanding of OBRM system architecture with customized Opcode development and policy files customization. Has worked on Rating, billing, customer management, Service Provisioning, Accounting & Authorization, Order Management, server side API enhancement and development
• Working knowledge of Customer center manager, Developer Suite, Permissioning Center, Conversion Manager (CMT-Migration Tool), UEL event loading
• Should have work experience on the following modules:
- AAA Gateway Manager, Diameter Manager, Resource Reservation Manager, TIMOS Data Manager
- Advanced Discounting Manager, Collections Manager, Suspense Manager, EAI Manager
- Content Manager, Radius manager, Voucher& Top up Manager, LDAP Manager, Pipeline Rating Engine
- Interconnect Manager, Balance Management & Balance Monitoring Manager, Billing,
- Convergent Subscriber Manager, Financial Management, Inventory Management Framework, Self-Care Manager
- Invoicing, Partner Relationship Manager, Pricing & Product Catalog, Real-Time Rating
- Reporting, Subscriber & Hierarchy Management, Subscription Groups Manager,
• Good knowledge & experience of Hardware sizing for implementation of BRM
• Knowledge of BRM Administration, Environment configuration & Database setup
• Understanding of UML, OOAD, SOA, SOAP etc
• Have knowledge of Tool & utilities like MS Visio, Rational Clear Quest, Rational Clear Case, VSS
• Hands on experience in RDBMS (Oracle, MS Sql, Sybase.) and scripting language (Perl, Shell Script)
• Good knowledge of multiple operating systems like Red Hat Linux, HP, Solaris, and Windows
• Has clear understanding of Operational Issues at Operator’s end, in Billing, Rating, overall customizations done in core COTS product and its maintenance.
• Proficient in the areas of Requirement analysis, Effort Estimates, design, Configuration, development, release management, testing, implementation & Post implementation support.
• Ability to understand customer requirements, design solutions, manage customer requirements and ability to have a big picture view of the whole solution.
• Have good knowledge of SDLC and other software development life cycles
• Have experience of responding to various RFI, RFQ and RFP for Convergent billing implementation as part of OSS-BSS solution Stack
• Very good Understanding of eTOM framework, SID, TAM and NGOSS architecture.
• Have knowledge of Quality and Configuration
• Chairing of calls & face –to face interaction with other project stake holders and end customers for Technical presentation, POC and other demos
• Exposure and work experience on Presales, ADM, Migration & Transformation projects with complete understanding of the delivery aspects.

Job Description :
1. Deep Knowledge of SDLC
2. Experience of Build and Configuration management
3. Indepth knowledge and hands on, on atleast 1 of C/C++, Java / J2EE
4. Hands-on experience on Oracle BRM policy opcode changes, custom opcode and DM development
5. Will be able to understand, code and deliver based on any optional manager, including AAA manager
6. Comfortable in the use of testnap, developer center tools, all BRM clients such as pricing center, permissioning center, etc.
7. Must be able to debug problems in the CM and DM, thorough in analyzing logs
8. Must be thorough in using pipeline registry, IScripts / IRules, IREL, mapping, grammar, Container description, pipeline logs
9. Knowledge and hands-on on operating systems, commands, usage of GDB, etc., comfortable using databases and knowledgeable on indexes, DB objects. Able to analyze Non-Functional non-adhearances such as performance.
10. Problem solving and analytical skills must be of a high standard.
11. Knowledgeable on SOAP, WSDL's and UML
12. Must have an idea of eTOM and SID.
13. Must have good mentoring skills, must work harmoniously, in a team
14. Must have experience facing and handling customers.
15. Must understand Interconnect and Roaming, prepaid and post paid convergence, pricing, rating, accounting (including hierarchical) , billing, payments and collection.
16. Must be able to identify and escalate issues in a timely manner. Must have good experience, handling peer code and design reviews.
17. Min 4 years of OBRM development and 2 years of OBRM design experience
