Proficient in different sourcing methodologies for various technical requirements
Willing to work in Night shifts
Sound knowledge on technical concepts and latest trends
Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools
Strong communication, inter personal skills and ability to work independently
Experience in US recruitment is an added advantage
