1. The candidate should have at least 2 to 3 e-Rec implementation project experience.

2. The candidate should have basic experience in Personnel Admin & OM

3. The candidate should have exposure on EHP4 & preferably EHPS

• Understand integration points with portal

• Should have integration exposure with external agencies

• Should have experience with Trex set-up

• Budgeting for vacancies and analysis

• Able to provide functional specs for integration with R/3 and portals
Personnel Administration & Organisation Management:

Job Description:

1. The candidate should have at least 2 to 3 implementation project experience

2. The candidate should have basic experience in payroll

3. The candidate should have exposure on EHP4 & preferably EHP5

• Should have experience in ESS / MSS / HR & Time Admin Applications

• Understand integration points with Time & Payroll

• Should have worked on Matrix and dotted reporting.

• Able to provide functional specs for integration with R/3 and portals

• Should have experience of data migration of historical data

• Preferably should have knowledge of Org Processors eg Nakisa

E-Learning (Learning Solutions)

Job Description:

1. The candidate should have at least 2 to 3 implementation project experience

3. The candidate should have worked on Web Based & Online Test on Portal

4. The candidate should have exposure on EHP4 & preferably EHP5

• Should have basic experience in LSO Portal Applications

Job Description:

• Understanding on objective setting and Appraisals (OSA) module.

Compensation Management:

Job Description:

1. The candidate should have at least 2 to 3 implementation project experience in compensation & payroll

2. The candidate should have basic experience in OM & PA

• Should have experience in compensation management portal applications

• Understand integration points with PMS & payroll

• Not more than 2 years of gap in education and employment

• Good to have Post gradulation degree in HR (MBA) or equivalent

• Candidate who have applied in past 6 months need not to apply
