Job Description : 

CSA:

• Serve customers following all Service steps/ Moments of Truth

• Adhere to grooming standards

• Perform duties assigned by supervisor in a courteous, friendly manner

• Up selling and Suggestive at POS

• Maintain cleanliness in the restaurant and equipment operation standards

• Preparing Coffee/Food as per defined Costa recipe

SHIFT MANAGER/ASM (Female Only)

• Identify areas of improvement for staff and provide on the job coaching, daily briefs and product knowledge for operational excellence

• Directly perform hands on work on an ongoing basis to train staff, respond to customer service needs or role model appropriate behaviours in the restaurant

• Manage the restaurant within the policies and guidelines of the Company to ensure customer delight and profit maximisation
