Job Description

Sales Invoicing & Verification

• Raising sales invoices on Concessioner business partners as per agreed terms & margin
• Verification of invoices raised by warehouse team in respect of margin % charged in Invoice & from proper state
• Reconciliation of sales booked in Tally with Shopper to ensure proper accounting of all invoices raised

Collection follow-up & reconciliation

• Verification of Sales vs Collection reconciliation of all FSS stores
• Follow-up with business partners for collection of sales proceeds within timeline as agreed
• Verification of collection received from business partners are as per agreed margin
• Reconciliation of accounts books on Quarterly basis
• Preparation of Franchisee reconciliation statement on monthly basis

MIS & other Reports

• Sending Daily Sales Reports to Management within the timeline
• Preparation of reports required by Brand Owners in their format
• Preparation of Sales register with working of wholesale commission, MG which is required for Financial MIS
• Preparation of sales reports for Franchisee
• Statutory & Tax Audit Compliance
• Ensuring EDC Machine & Cash Pickup arrangement in upcoming Stores
