Roles/Responsibilities :

• Design, develop and enhance a highly scalable product on a LAMP platform.

• Analyze functional requirements and specifications through close interaction with Product Management and other team members.

• Works with the team to estimate project duration, and resource requirements.

• Understanding project scope and deliverables.

• Create detailed module development plan.

• Manages day-to-day project activities.

• Experience and ability to oversee the whole project lifecycle from requirements gathering, analysis, development, quality evaluation and production release.

• Manages project dependencies; training, development, quality assurance, documentation, support.

• Responsible for the quality of project deliverables.

• Ensures that modules are completed on time.

• Responsible for prioritization decisions within the project/module.

• Manage continuous moving deadlines and specifications.

• Follow development processes such as version control, testing, code reviews, bug fixing, performance improvement etc.

Technical Expertise :

• Strong Hands-on experience in Core Java, Java Swings is a must.

• Experience in developing/Building/Deployment of a Rich Client Application using Netbeans /Eclipse RCP

• Experience of handling XML and using any of XSLT/XPATH/XQUERY.

• Experience of working with Oracle/Mysql database.

• Proficient in writing SQL queries and using JDBC to interact with the database.

• Experience/knowledge of an Out-of-the-box Java UI Library like JIDE is optional.

• Knowledge of profiling tools like JProfiler is desirable.
