Customer Support Voice:

The agent should be able to understand the customer issues . The main criteria for arriving at a solution is to be able to isolate the issue/component by using effective probing techniques. This would require a high level of expertise and the agent has to quickly understand the query.

The Agent should have very good communication and convincing skills to be able to explain issues and also be able to position themselves correctly.

Technical support

An Agent should be goog in terms of Communication & Should be good in terms of technical, Trouble Shooting Hardware & Natworking,Desktop & laptop Support.

Age Criteria:19-35

Education : Grad/PUC

Job Profile :

Inbound Customer Care Executive/Technical support executive.

US/UK Shift
