Job Duties :
Manage customer inquiries and provide end to end resolution
Responding to Customer Queries through mail.
Acting as a primary interface for all customer service inquiries
Handling inquiries and reporting to Concerned Authorities
Required :
Good Written & verbal Communication Skill (Excellent Written Skills)
Experience in Email support for 6 monthsand even freshers are welcomed.
Analytical Skill ( basic computers skills i,e excel )
Under Graduates with experience are welcomed.
