• Looking for B.Tech freshers of 2011-12 batches who have done training in 'Testing' can apply with Excellent Communication Skills.
 Job Description :
• Review the current policies/practices and to improve upon the existing quality standards
• Create Process Description documents based on Company standards
• Establish and maintain Quality Management System as per the model
• Facilitate Quality Assurance activities for Projects in the organization as per the processes mentioned in the QMS
• Perform Internal Quality Audits (IQAs) by verifying the project’s artifacts/work products for adherence to processes and standards as specified
• Coordinate with each department head for process documentation.
• Good at MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT.
• Ability to right and execute test cases
• Ability to work autonomously and summarize progress/defects/issues
• Ability to identify and categorize issues and escalate when needed
• Must be able to learn and adapt quickly to changes
