Siebel CRM Sr. Developers (3-6 years exp):

Extensive experience in Siebel CRM 7.7, 7.8 & 8.0 Versions.

Minimum 2 life cycle Siebel implementation

Experience in configuring Screens, Views, Applets, Joins, Link, PickList, MVG, Run Time events and eScripting.

Have worked on EAI components such as: Work flows, Workflow policies, Integration Components, Data Mapper, business Services and Web Services

Experience in Requirement Gathering, Analysis, Estimation, Design, Implementation, Performance Management, Deployment Planning, and Configuration Management

Proficient in technical Siebel architecture, performance analysis, system capacity planning, CRM OOTB designs

Siebel certification 7.x or 8.x would be an added advantage
