Job Description :
Experience: 1.8yrs to 3.5yrs

-Strong Core Java fundam entals(Including Collections,Exceptions, Concept of Interfaces abstract classes, Access specifies, Constructors, JDBC, Threading etc)
- Should be hands on Spring, Hibernate, Webservices
- Good practical exposure to EJBs
- Design : Good exposure to Design patterns
- Practical exposure to one Web server and one app server
- Working knowledge on at least one standard data base
- Good Communication skills
