Job Position : Sun Solaris Administration (L1, L2 and L3 support only)

Experience/Skills :
• Expert knowledge of SUN Solaris.
• Should have good knowledge of Solaris 8,9,10 versions, Solaris Zones, LDOM, ILOM, Veritas clusters, VERITAS Volume manager, Sun clusters, DR clusters build. SVM.
• Sun Solaris Certification preferred
• Good analytical skills
• Good communication skill
• Should be flexible for working in the 24x7 environment.
Job Position : HP UNIX Administration
Job Location : Pune, Maharashtra
Desired Experience : 3 to 8 Years (Mandatory)
Responsibilities :
• Customer Focus
• Provide a professional, prompt and high level of technical support to all problems assigned.
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
• Understand all Tier II & III procedures and rules of conduct.
• Make follow up calls to customers on outstanding issues within 24 hours - ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and confirm problem resolution on all issues.
• Escalate customer inquiries to Team Manager and/or Manager as required to ensure problem resolution in a timely manner.
• Escalate issues to other departments (such as NOCC, SPO, etc.), when necessary

Description :
• Expert knowledge on AIX
• Basic knowledge of multiple Internet protocols and applications, VOIP, MGCP, SIP, ADSL, ISDN and DNS, T1 POP3, SMTP, DNS
• Knowledge of Mail Severs, and basic knowledge of Name and Authentication Servers
• Working knowledge of – MS Word, Excel, Internet Explorer
• Certification preferred
• PC skills – Windows, Word, Excel
• Good analytical skills
• Requires working in evening, weekend and/or holiday shifts
Required Behavioral Skills :
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Flexibility at work in terms of 24×7 operations
• Ability to grasp application knowledge quickly
• Work in a dedicated sincere and pro-active manner
