2006-2011 Batch All Graduates / Post Graduates / Diploma (Including B.Tech/MCA) - Recruitment for Technical Support
Position : Technical Support (Voice based)
Walk-In Date : On 25th & 26th June 2011
Walk-In Time : 9.00 am to 12.00 noon
Eligibility Criteria :
• Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 50% and above aggregate scores (Strictly 2006 - 2011 pass outs with no backlogs)
• 2011 pass outs are eligible provided they have an aggregate of 50% and above and no back logs in the first 5 semesters.
• Undergraduates with 1-3 years experience are eligible for Technical Support roles.
• Candidate should be flexible to work in any shift.
• Candidates BTech/MCA/MSc 2006 to 2008 batches and BA/BCA/BBA/BSc 2006 to 2008 and All Diploma send mail to "office (at) shredskerala (dot) org" with the subject as "Hp Recruitment". The mail should contains Course, Year Completion, Percentage of mark.
• Outside Kerala candidates are also eligible.

Job Description :
• Troubleshooting Hardware/Networking/OS related queries of our global customers Over Phone which involves working in different time zones
• Take calls from Global customers and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally
• Deal with a wide range of products using a powerful information database
• Provide remote solutions to problems, probe problems and explain the solution in such a way that non-technical users understand.
Experience :
• 0-3 of experience (BPO/Non BPO/KPO/Financial Services Industry) across all processes
Salary & Other Details :
• Best in industry + Incentives
Mandatory Documents: All the candidates should bring the following to test venue :
• 10th, 12th and all the degree marks cards(original)
• Two copies of RESUME (Ensure that your Full Name is on it)
• 3 copies of recent passport sized photographs
• Proof of date of birth
• Degree Certificate/ Provisional Degree Certificate(original)
• Two sets of photocopies of your mark lists,
• Photo ID (Passport, Driving license, Election ID Card)
• Offer letter/Revised offer letter/Pay slips (in case of experienced candidates)
• 2 Post Card Size photographs of self (full body length with light background)
