 Responsibilities

 • Responsible for receiving calls and helping the customer organize their travel plan

 • Responsible for booking tickets (Transportation and Hotel bookings) for customers by using  ‘Galileo or Amadeus’

 • To ensure accuracy & customer satisfaction of completed work.

 • Responsible for timely escalation of issues.

 • To follow quality processes thoroughly using checklist standards.
