Technical Skills :
For Sr. Software Engineer :
• Experience: 4 to 6 Years
• Real time development experience in JAVA / J2EE
• Good into Core JAVA, JSP, Servlets, J2EE
• Work experience into Struts framework, Hibernate, Application servers such as Websphere/Weblogic/Tomcat/JBOSS
For Tech Lead :
• Must be comfortable with OOAD & Design Patterns and usage of UML tools. Should understand concepts of Rich Internet - Applications & have at least 6 months of hands-on implementation experience using technologies mentioned within "Core Skills"
• Should understand concepts of:
- OO fundamentals (Abstraction, Encapsulation, Polymorphism, Aggregation, Composition) and various relationships between classes
- Object Relational Mapping & how it is realized using JPA frameworks
- Batch, Online & Offline processing (& how to select among them) and where to use / not use Java
- Understanding of how to use JMS for asynchronous integration between modules
- UNIX operations and scripting techniques
• Experience: 6 to 12 Years
