• Installation of antivirus and troubleshooting problem related to virus problem in system.
• Troubleshooting LAN related problems.
• Installing and troubleshooting the problem related Network and Desktop Printer and scanner.
• Using of Remote Desktop for remotely solving problems.
• Providing Client Telephonic as well on site support in troubleshooting their Network.
• Configuring of outlook Express and MS outlook.
• Troubleshooting problem related to emails.
• MS windows98, XP, Vista, windows7, Installation and troubleshooting.
