This is Contract to Hire position. Initially the contract period will be 6 months - 1 year.

Desired Profile :

Requirement Details are as follows:

• This is a IT Service Delivery function to manage the overall IT support function at Pune location.

•Knowledge of IT Service Delivery, Networking and Server is must to have.

• Good communication, coordination and management skills.

• ITIL exposure is preferred.

IT supports personnel with good communication skill, analytical capability and troubleshooting techniques.
