4 Company Profile: Asia Motors Works (AMW) manufactures heavy duty Global Trucks, Fully Built Vehicles, Tippers, High Endurace Tractors and many other specialised vehicles. From heavy trucks to specialized application vehicles, AMW has constantly delivered products that increaseproductivity and profits for its customers.
At its sprawling complex in Bhuj, in Gujarat, Western India, AMW also manufactures components for the automotive and general engineering industries. AMW are the largest single location plant for wheel rims in Asia and supplies pressed metal components to some of the world's most
renowned automobile companies.

7 Eligibility Criteria (Marks or any other): SSC (Std. X) - 60% or
more marks and aggregate of Diploma Semester (V & VI) - 60% or more marks.

9 Position: No. of DETs Required - 200
10 Job Location: All over India
11 Stipend Structure: 1. 1st year of training : Rs.10000/- per month plus free accommodation + free transport + subsidized food
2. 2nd year of training: Rs.12500/- per month plus free accommodation + free transport + subsidized food.
12 Absorption Grade and Compensation: On successful completion of the 02 years of training, based on subjective and objective evaluation and as per the prevailing vacancies the trainees will be absorbed as Executive at a CTC of Rs. 2.50 lacs. The Free accommodation will be withdrawn after absorption as Executive, the person will have to pay charges as per prevailing rules and regulations of the company.
13 Any Bond or Fee Training Period : 2 year training with a bond of 24 months from the date of joining as trainee . Bond amount will be Rs.2.00 lacs.
14 Placement Process (Test, PPT,GD,PI or Any Other): PPT - 09:00 h Online test -09:45 h , followed by PI
