Job Description :
• Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Business Analyst in the IT Industry is a must.
• Experience in any of these skill sets in Banking is a must.
1. Payments
2. Mortgages and other consumer lending / commercial lending
3. Core banking
4. Cash management
5. Trade finance
6. Channels (ATM switching, internet banking/portals, mobile banking)
Core Skill Set :
• Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Business Analyst in the IT Industry is a must.
• Knowledge about Banking practices in APAC / Europe / US
• Hands-on experience in requirement gathering and consulting on Banking related opportunities
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and testing practices
• System integration and IT project implementation experience in Banking industry
• Exposure to industry leading banking software products
• Experience in leading domain teams in Banking related projects
• Excellent client handling and customer interaction skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
Should be flexible to travel to client locations within and outside India and to other HCL locations within India
