• 2-5 years of experience in the area of HR IT
• Atleast one end to end implementation
• SAP HCM with expertise in Personnel Administration, Org Mgmt, Positive Time Management and Payroll- Experience in wide spectrum of project execution - Pre-sales, project acquisition, client interfacing and implementation
• Experience in schemas, rules, functions
• Ability to debug is an added advantage
• Good knowledge of payroll India
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
