  • Graduate Retail Trainees (GRT) will be trained and coached across function to become Store Managers (Retail Outlet)
  • GRT will get on the job training in Retail Outlet – More. (Aditya Birla Retail)
  • Opportunity to groom yourself into Store Managers with P&L responsibility
  • Deserving candidates will also have an opportunity for company sponcered MBA program after completion of 1 year training
  • GRT will be responsible for Sales, Customer Service and adherence to operational processes
Required :
  • Any Graduate with 0 to 1 year of experience into Sales ( Strictly Except MBA Fresher and Engineering Graduates)
