Desired Experience : 1 to 4 Years (Mandatory)
Mandatory Skills : CCNA, CCVP, Networking, VOIP, Troubleshooting, Network Support
Desired Skills :
• Troubleshooting experience.
• Willing to work in 24*7 Support (Night Shifts).
• Prior experience of Voice based technical support.
• CCVP / CCNA-Voice Preferred;
• CCNA Mandatory
• Exposure to Voice over IP / TDM circuits.
• Know-how of Call Signaling Protocols - SIP, H.323, MGCP.
Soft Skills :
• Good communication written as well as verbal.
Note: CCNA Certification is mandatory.

• Interacting with clients, understanding their needs and helping them by providing technical support to Customer by remotely accessing their networks & troubleshooting the queries working on all CISCO products
