Job Duties :

• Identifying new customers through multiple processes in Corporate Sales Segment.
• Build customer base through reference calls and cold calls
• Build relationship with clients to enhance business
• Managing customer queries and concerns by coordinating with technical support team
• Follow internal processes required for smooth service execution

Required :

• Excellent knowledge of IT concepts, terminologies in the field of Hardware, Software and AMC and FMS Services
• Graduate IT/Diploma in IT with excellent English communication skills
• Gender: Result oriented male/female candidate currently working as business development executive with IT Infrastructure & Software Services Organisation
