Job Duties :

1. Identify/Prospect for candidates that can be successful TALIC advisors. Maintain a dynamic prospect list for advisors.
2. Recruit by selling TALIC career opportunity to such prospective advisors.
3. Conduct regular activities like market surveys to add to & build advisor prospect base for team.
4. Ensure nomination of at least 2 advisor prospects for every branch COP conducted.
5. Ensure adherence to TALIC new batch management process & fast start program for development of new advisors.
6. Ensure adherence to TALIC recruitment process in all such selections.
7. Ensure hand holding of all new advisors in the first 90 days & ensure their development through on the field training & supervision by ensuring at least 3 & up to 5 Joint Field Work with new advisors in their first 90 days.
8. Handhold advisors to enable them move successfully along their chosen individual or sales management career path.
9. Identify & segregate advisors basis those aspiring to move along the individual sales career & those aspiring & capable of moving along the sales management growth path & design their growth plans accordingly
10. Ensure that the advisors understand the TALIC advisor & sales management growth path.
11. Develop, Train, supervise, counsel & motivate a team of advisors.
12. Coach Advisors on sales skills & need based selling
13. Instilling a need based sales culture in the team. Provide operational support to advisors in the team in terms of submissions, issuance, pending resolve etc.

Required :

1. Graduate / Post Graduate with 0-5 yrs experience in sales, in any industry
2. Experience of sales in financial industry would be an added advantage.
3. Consistently good sales record with potential to lead others
4. Must be a local resident for at least 2 years
