Job Duties :

1. Responsible for promotional activities for the project team among all the builders, architects, retailers of location and agents of the branded company.
2. Building Client relationship, briefing them about our various projects along with arrangements of site visits.
3. Negotiate on the rate of quoted price of the property .
4. Responsible for collection of data from high value car dealers, sales data, agents of branded company and Business Process Outsource (B.P.O.)
5. Brief them about our various projects.
6. Tie-up with the builders and negotiate with dealers for the commission.
7. Negotiate on the rate of quoted price of the property and commission.
8. Take the clients for the site visit.
9. Constant Interaction with dealers.
10. Take care of corporate presentations, proposals and approach papers for the customer.
11. Tie-up with the corporate clients who are seeking for the property.
12. Provide profile of the builders to the clients.
13. Provide best commission from the market to the company.
14. Ensure detailed study of the area.
15. Survey the site before the deal is finalized.

Required :

1. Graduates, /Post Graduates Freshers
2. Experience in Real Estate, with a flair for customer-oriented sales and result oriented approach.
3. Experience in Sales and Marketing for Real Estate
4. Good communication skills as well as pleasing personality.
