Handles technical support requests from the Customers and provides quick & efficient resolution accordingly. Customer technical support requests arriving via telephone & E-mail in a prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable manner. Thoroughly and efficiently gathers customer information, assess and fulfills customer needs, educates the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and documents the interaction through tracking tools. Provides quality service and support in a variety of areas as per the service boundary. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned and reports the progress/process to the Reporting Manager Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction Communicates effectively through both verbal and written channels Ability to work with a team and follow instructions from supervisors and Adheres to procedures laid by the department.
