Duties and Responsibilities
 
• Providing support to the client inquiries and maintaining good relationship with them through email and telephone communication

• Ensure a proactive, friendly and knowledgeable approach is maintained at all times resulting in high levels of customer care and service

• Multitasking, while interfacing with the back end and the sales team

• Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity
 

Salary: INR 1,50,000 - 1,75,000 P.A. Fixed Salary, 100% Day Job / Corporate profile, No field work required
