 � MS Office 2003-2007 including Outlook

 � Hardware and software of laptops and desktops

 � Troubleshooting operating system (XP and Vista)

 � ISP, LAN, and WAN

 PDAs, printers, palmtops

Any graduate or postgraduate

1 to 5 years international call center experience (inbound or outbound)

Experience    0 - 5 Years
