Desired Qualification : Must be BE/B.Tech in Engineering
Desired Experience : 3 to 5 Years (Mandatory)
Desired Candidate Profile :
• Good in engineering mechanics, strength of materials & theory of machines.
• A good grasp of engineering and design principles.
• Experience in special purpose machine design or packaging machine design would be plus.
• Good understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic.
• Knowledge in GD&T, stack up analysis, different industrial standards like ANSI, JIS, DIN etc.
• Good knowledge on any of the 3D modeling software (Solid Works / Pro-E / Autodesk Inventor).
• Excellent communication skills and good team working skills.
• Willing to travel overseas for short and long assignments.
• Candidate should have Valid Passport and candidate with valid B1/B2 VISA for USA are also welcome.
Job Description :
• Understand the requirements and work with different teams to implement new ideas.
• Create design concept and detail engineering.
• Design considering manufacturability, cost, performance and durability.
• Conduct design review to improve product performance and resolve technical issues.
• Close co-ordination with customers and supplier.
• Good knowledge in Tooling, fixture and jigs would be a plus.
• Knowledge of manufacturing / production / assembly processes would be a plus.
Selection Process :
• The interview is scheduled to last approximately for 4 - 6 hours and will take the form of:
- Basic Engineering Test (Mathematics & Calculations)
- CAD Test
- Personal Interview with Project Manager
