Job Description:
Responsible for answering customer calls regarding technical issues and abide by the prescribed norms
This is a Level 2 Support and hence would be required to support all telephony and all peripherals
Configuration of modem & router
Removal of virus
Installation of windows & MAC
Configuration of computer peripherals (Printers, scanner etc.
Requirements
Any Graduate/ 10+2 Certificate Holder
Willing to work US shifts
Excellent oral and written communication skills (English)
Strong Technical Base since this is for Level 2 Support
Operating Systems; Windows 9x, 2K, XP
Hardware & Networking
Basic hardware knowledge (motherboard, CD/DVD, hard disks, SMPS, keyboard etc)
Internet technologies ; ISP, dialer application(s), email clients, browsers
Keyboarding Skill (WPM – 35) Accuracy (85%)
Must be able to join immediately- work location would be Cochin or Chennai based on Candidate preference
Must have a minimum of 6 months experience with an international BPO in a Voice, Technical Support role.
Must be able to submit proof of tenure with the last international BPO and also the last 3 months salary slips
Communication Skills:
Verbal: Fluent in English
Written: Good written skills in En
An aptitude for customer service and Computer troubleshooting
Terms and Conditions :
Must be able to join immediately
Should be willing to work night shifts (shifts starting between 5:30PM to 11PM and extending to 9 hours)
Will be eligible for Sutherland performance incentive subject to company guidelines
Free cab facility with door pick up and drop for all night shifts (within 35KM radius of the Kakkanad facility)
