• Must have prior experience as a Java/J2EE Architect and have managed Technical Leads directly
• Must be proficient with OOAD & Design Patterns
• Must be able to clearly explain application architecture of systems worked on along with corresponding non-functional requirements & strategies
• Must have resolved third-party issues & must be able to dissect technology-related issues easily
• Must be able to write high-quality code, conduct code reviews and take measures to improve code quality
• Must have knowledge of Enterprise Architecture concepts (especially EA domains)
• Knowledge of multiple RIA, JPA, Backend frameworks & Databases is very desirable

Skills Required :
• Core Java, OOAD using UML tools, Development of Rich Internet Applications, UNIX, JPA, Backend frameworks (Spring or EJB), Messaging frameworks (JMS or MQ), Databases (Sybase, Oracle or DB2)
