• Person will be responsible for Center of Excellence .NET Activities
• Should have exposure in implementing custom .NET components
• Should have good exposure to Architectural Patterns and Design Patterns
• Should have experience in imparting .NET training
• Should have had direct interaction with international clients
• Should have very good communication skills
• Should be a quick learner and ability to easily adapt to new framework
• Should have very good problem solving skills
• Should have knowledge of latest Microsoft technologies and consistently update skills
• Experience on Test Driven Development and Agile Process.
• Experience in competency center is an advantage
• Experience in pre-sales is an advantage
• Define program structure based on the technical design
• Develop code based on the technical design in compliance with the quality process guidelines
• Prepare, execute test cases and document test results
• Able to derive Guidelines and standard which can improve the productivity of the team and quality of the deliverables.
• Able to support different application architecture for different clients and multi-tasking on troubleshooting.
• Innovative on new productivity tool and enhancement on features of the Framework.
