Job Description
Analyze, design, and develop classroom and online based training material.
Resolve ID related issues that arise in courses developed in the assigned model
Act as reference points for any issues or clarifications or improvements for courses falling under the assigned model.
Act as mentors for first time IDs working on the assigned model. Will need to provide assistance in issues that may arise during any stage of content development for the new IDs course.
Create and maintain documentation, processes, and procedures for the assigned model.
Create and maintain training material for the assigned model. The Lead ID may have to work in collaboration with the trainer on any improvements to the training material based on feedback from the training sessions.
Challenges
1.Work on pilot prototype projects and:
a.Escalate through the CDL any project related suggestions, clarifications, and resolution of queries to the Client or Rochester.
b.Draft the process flow
c.Capture ID metrics
d.Create and maintain documentation
e.Identify and escalate potential risks and also provide probable alternatives to mitigate the same.
f.Create and maintain training material
g.Act as Node of Reference for the new model
2.Participate in cross functional staff teams
3.Be assigned to high-visibility projects with high level of customer contact
