Required :

Experience in handling internal audits, process reviews and documentation and Sarbanes Oxley compliance

knowledge and understanding of risks, controls and risk management frameworks and methodologies.

Knowledge of the operational processes and a reasonable/good understanding of the procedures and control framework relating to those areas

Base level understanding of risk principles, processes and techniques and their practical application to different business processes

Analytical ability (fundamental)

Documentation ability

knowledge of Microsoft Office

Job Duties :

Detailed understanding and mapping of client’s business environment, business processes, and financial statements

Basic analysis with respect to specific problem area of an assignment and give recommendations

Analytical thought process in presenting new business ideas (like performance improvement, cost reduction etc.) to the Client
