• Resolve all RS Tickets or Requests to customer satisfaction and within their Service Level agreements.
• Should be flexible for 24/7 shifts, any project [Voice / Email chat]

Required Skills :
• L2 Level Desktop Support
• Experience: 3-6 Years experience in Desktop and laptop related troubleshooting
• Candidates with MCSE or CCNA Certifications will be preferred
• Graduation from reputed University
• Excellent Communication Skills
