Job Description :

• Experience of a minimum of 2 Years and maximum 4 years in Technical Support / Networking / BPO with good understanding of basic networking and security concepts.

• The candidates should also have knowledge about VPN functionality and configuration (VPN configuration steps on Firewalls and Routers).

• Should have knowledge of Cisco Firewalls (PIX and ASA)

Required Skills :

• Should have good communication skills.

• Should be comfortable working in 24*7 environment.

• CCNA/ CCNA (Security) preferred.
