Required :
Ensuring Network Availability, Network UP time and Network Quality for NSN MPLS & PaCo Network elements.
Good knowledge of the O&M activities for NSN MPLS & PaCo Elements
Corrective & preventive actions by analyzing daily reports.
Familiar with MPLS &PaCo NW management procedures and processes.
Process compliance and Adherence to PS Core and IP/MPLS KPI’s.
Good knowledge and hands-on experience on Packer Core Switching, GPRS & MPLS Nodes.
Good understanding of IP backbone Network and IP/MPLS.
Good experience on Services includes WAP, GPRS, MMS, SMS, IP, MPBN
Monitoring of bandwidth utilization and call routing in various IP interfaces.
Implementation of various path redundancy, policy definitions and other configuration changes in the IP Network.
Multi-vendor co-ordination for IP/MPLS issues with vendor MS teams.
Root cause analysis of all performance affecting critical/recurring faults and recommend actions.
