 Responsible for dealing with customer calls as per the SLAs outlined by the client.

  * Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.

 * Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution.

 * Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy.

 * 6 months – 1yrs experience in Voice based process (inbound customer service / query resolution or outbound collections / customer service) interacting with customers

 * Should possess excellent Oral Communication Skills

 * Should posses excellent composition & writing Skills
