(Freshers) Off-Campus : BE / B.Tech @ Ambala
JOINT CAMPUS PLACEMENT DRIVE for B.E / B.TECH on 1st March 2012 (Thursday)
Terms and Conditions :
• Their will be a registration fee for Job Fest.
- Rs 150 through College T.P.O. for each student.
- Rs 200 individually for each student (On Spot Registration).
• Participants are required to report at the Venue (HITM AMBALA) by 9:00 AM sharp on 1st March 2012.
• FREE BUS Facility is available from Ambala City, Ambala Cantt, Saha, Barara, Dosarka, Jagadhri, Yamuna Nagar.
• A participant can appear in interview in any THREE (3) Companies of their choice.
• Students are required to be in formal dress with validate Identity Proof (College Identity Card).
• Confirmed HALL TICKETS should be carried by the candidate at all the time to APPEAR in the Interviews.
• Discipline must be maintained at all times.
• Smoking, Alcohol and Drugs are strictly prohibited at the Venue.
• Any damaged caused at the Venue must be borne by the offender.
• Decision of concerned authority will be final & binding.
• Candidates should carry recent passport size photographs and Resumes as per their requirement.
• Participants can contact the programme coordinators at any time regarding any issues or clarifications on the following numbers: Mrs. Sushma Rana / Ms. Deepika Sharma
Rules for Common Aptitude Test :
• Test consists of 45 Aptitude Questions in division of 15 each of Mental Ability, Reasoning & Language.
• Time Allotted for the test will be of 50 mins.
• There will be no negative marking.
• Each question carries one for the correct answer.
• If anybody creates indiscipline during test he/she can be disqualify at any moment.
• Calculator/Mobile Phones and other Electronic gadgets are not allowed.
