 1. Act as an important link between the client and the operations team.

 2. Attend client calls, interact with clients frequently, manage job queues and communicate feedback to operations team.

 3. Control cost through effective utilization of personnel, materials and equipment.

 4. Recognize performance and behavioral problems in team and act proactively to ensure productivity is unhampered

 5. Check / monitor absenteeism

 6. Support the Team Manager to collate operations metrics and MIS in relation to productivity, utilization, profit & loss statements, revenue generation
