• He should be aware and worked on OSPF and BGP protocol.
• Also he should know and has worked on WAAS Application Controlling engine.
• He should be aware about the ITIL and Operation Process.
• He should be able to do the Lan Switching.
• Should be ready to work 24*7 support environment.
