Job Duties :

1. Designing process enhancements for Loan Servicing function.
2. Investor Reporting, Arm, Loan Setup, Cashiering and Escrow.
3. Development of automation tools for Loan Servicing processes to increase quality and reduce cycle time.
4. Maintenance & Development of existing databases, tables and tools used by Loan Servicing processes.
5. Documentation of various projects.
6. Identifying areas for new process improvements.

Qualification : B.Tech/B.E. – Any Specialization
Skills : PL SQL, MY SQL, vb.net
Required :

1. Willing to work in Mid Shifts only need to apply (12 to 10:00 pm)
2. Good Analytical skills
3. Good Communication (written and verbal) and Comprehension skills in English
4. Typing speed of 25-35 WPM
5. Exposure to MS Office Applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
6. Prior experience writing PL/SQL procedures and creating/modifying Oracle tables.
7. Knowledge of Algorithms and creating valid, legible code.
8. Visual Basic and Java knowledge
