• Good knowledge about backup/restores & the software available
• Should have worked with OEM hardware (IBM/HP) & remote connectivity tools
• Should be aware of RAID concepts and disk management tools
• Should have good troubleshooting skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Willingness to work in shifts including Night Shifts.
