Skills Required :
• CCNA Certification
• Hands on Experience on Configuring and Monitoring Cisco Switches/Routers
• Hands on L1 or L2 experience on BGP, MPLS,HSRP, VLAN, OSPF, Routing protocols, Switching.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN troubleshooting, Firewalls.
• Troubleshooting in Multi Vendor environment
• Exposure to Cisco TAC to troubleshooting Cisco equipment issues/errors would be preferable
• Excellent communication skills with ability to lead team members and work with multidisciplinary teams working towards end to end solutions for customers.
