• Good knowledge of SDLC and Incident Management process
• Proven skills to deliver under critical circumstances.
• Highly proactive & should take immediate ownership of assignment
• Customer facing experience preferred
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Will be expected to work in overlap hours with US time zone (upto 12 AM in the night)
